While the park was familiar to Amaterasu, she was able to scent out something unusual in the trees as she arrived, curious about just what this monster was.

While not completely confrontational, she kept herself wary, her rosary and glaive packed and ready.

Eyes decidedly fixed on the tree that Hiei was in, she walked closer with slow steps.

It was impossible to miss such a wary approach, and Hiei dropped out of his tree in a crouch and rose to face her, chin tilted in a show of arrogance.

Should Hiei be able to see her markings?

"What?" asks Amaterasu, tone still neutral.

"Is there something the matter?"

"I could ask you the same," Hiei said, a touch of smugness in his voice. It came naturally to him, really.
