Selina had scalded away the past few days in the shower and slept for about twelve hours. She wasn't back to 100%, not nearly. But along with some yoga to loosen aching muscles and a hefty helping of ice, she was at least feeling marginally human again. The sleek luxury of her new apartment didn't hurt either.
A sharp rap on the door--it really hadn't taken him that long to find the apartment. She rose to her feet, still a bit stiff. Passing the entryway mirror made her wince. Her face had certainly seen better days, but she hadn't bothered to try and hide the bruising with makeup. No point in insulting Logan. Besides, the yoga pants and long-sleeve shirt she wore hid the worst of the damage.
Steeling herself--she suspected this wasn't going to be the most pleasant of visits--Selina opened the door.
