WHEN: An hour or so after he arrives.

SUMMARY: Ulquiorra arrives in the City, and for strategic reasons, decides to take a look at how the City's layout is.
FORMAT: Quick!
[Well, it was a bit of an annoyance, finding that his powers weren't functional the way they should be and becoming familiar with how they worked again. But once he had transformed, they seemed to be mostly functional at least. He would have to learn to be more careful whenever he in his normal form, as he had decided that one would make things quite risky should he be attacked.
But for now he saw no point in worrying, he was flying above the City, memorizing roads and buildings. Intelligence was one of his strong points, so he was gathering as much information as possible. Maps were always good, but he wanted to take a look for himself.
Every now and then he lands, on top of a building, or in a area that isn't very crowded, but for the most part he's in the air, taking mental notes of anything of interest.]
