It's like they need to be crazy or the city will just be forgotten like Atlantis or something.

It's not too bad, but I don't think everyone will be as lucky as me.

Exactly. It's like every time the City doesn't make the front page of a national newspaper, everyone goes psycho to make up for it.

I'm glad you're okay, though I think you're right. The hospitals are probably going to be stuff again by the end of the day.

We need to get to the bottom of this before someone gets seriously hurt.

Get to the bottom of why they're going crazy, you mean?

I think we need to get them off the street first so that they aren't running around hurting other people and themselves. Then we can try to figure out what caused it?

Definitely a top priority. But how are we gonna get crazy people off the streets?

That's always the question here, huh? Arresting bad guys or catching people who have escaped from the hospital isn't really the problem. It's finding somewhere to put them that they aren't just going to break out of.
