Godzilla's somewhere up in the stratosphere for the moment, the prison's still intact, clean-up's underway, and the city's kind of..remotely quiet tonight. Instead of trying to do our best impression of a chicken running around with it's head cut off or, ah, being turned into kittens by sponges with really bad aim -- who's up for celebrating our newfound freedom?
I mean. You can only do this superhero thing for so long without need a small break, right? I have popcorn and copies of "The Maltese Falcon" and "Night of the Living Dead" for anyone too sore to get out of their apartment, too. Can't leave the people who fought the good fight outta the festivities.
