I have such a pro...uh...headache.  I don't know if it's from trying to find a new place to live or from work or what but medicine is not doing anything for it.  Before anyone ask I have eaten, I have not been drinking, although I do wonder if a couple drinks would lessen the pain, and I have had a sufficient amount of sleep.

I believe, for some reason, it is called "hair of the dog." If you have a headache, drinking alcohol helps.

So I've been told. Given medicine isn't working I have to wonder if alcohol will, although I have none in the apartment.

Fine, fine. Any preferences? I've got some stuff that will knock you right on your aft, but it tends to have an offensive taste. The more delicious drinks tend to be weaker in alcoholic strength.

The stronger stuff I guess, I'm sure if it taste too bad I could mix it with some juice or something.

[She's laying on the couch with a pillow over head to block out the lights. Turning them off would have worked just as well but then it would have been too dark. She didn't really bothered to get dressed either, so she's still in a pair of nearly too small shorts and a cut off tank top.]

This better work for this headache. [mumbling, voice muffled by pillow]

He runs a hand through his hair to steady himself.

"I have something called vodka, which I am told mixes well with orange juice and other fruit flavors. I have tequila, which I am told is supremely strong. I've been sticking with these wine coolers, as they provide a nice feeling without making me sloppy."

I'll give the vodka a try I guess. There's some orange juice in the fridge it can be mixed with. [waves a hand toward her kitchen]
