Like, a list of stuff not to do, i.e. use powers in public, not lock posts, that kind of thing. It's [here]. People, you can choose to do these things, but I wrote that shit for a reason, even repressing my artistic side to do so, and it's just basic City survival stuff that'll make your life (and everybody else's lives) here easier.
