I'm still convinced that the only thing to look forward to around this time of year are the holiday parties at work. Nothing like seeing a bunch of people you work with get shitfaced. Well, nothing yet. As you know, the federal government has been filing complaints on how we're handling the metas that aren't to the "heroic" standards that the Porter presumably had. Up until this point, we've been chucking it off to us doing the best we can. Call it a bit extreme, but I want to try something with Harvey.

He was a DA back home, and though his methods are against what is lawfully sound, he claims that justice in our system isn't truly justice. I have to agree with him that in a lot of aspects its flawed. We want to work with him, more or less as a liaison to the "villain" community.

The social workers in the building have a lot of arguments for it too... it's a little "hippie-give-peace-a-chance" for my tastes, but what they're saying is if we give this part of the community a functional role in society, maybe they won't be so inclined to be so destructive when they are given a new chance and a fresh start here. Rather than trying this on all of them (because lets face that, that's just a fiasco waiting to happen)

If this doesn't work, you realize this plan, regardless of who it may have helped in the long run, is going to fall through, and we'll have to come up with something else, right?
