[Vivi is sitting at his desk, writing. He has a couple of black ink pots and dozens of quills of various sizes and colours. There is an open exercise book in front of him, half-full of writing]Is everyone okay? Toph, Lyra and I holed up at the base for most of the time, though we did venture out briefly when things got too close. Roxanne? Maggie?

I'll let you know if that happens. There are apparently a couple of "write-ins" around the City, but I'm honestly surprised more imPorts haven't gotten in on this. Surely people here would be interested to read their stories?

I'd love to read everyone's story.

But... sometimes, it can be intimidating to write, I guess. Some people find inspiration easier than others. [pause] And sometimes the most inspired authors lose their muse for awhile. [smile] But they usually come back.

What's a muse? I haven't heard that term before. Is it something I'm supposed to have if I'm writing?
