I've had worse. I can deal with a little stiffness when there's a job to be done. [even though he's got...several broken ribs and cuts everywhere, yep. being macho]

Sheesh, don't say it like that. I mean, yeah, you did hold onto it, and did a good job protecting it, but it's kind of embarrassing to hear.

I know it made you an easier target, since you were busy making sure nothing happened to it. I like to think in my full demonic form I tore through enough hellspawn to make it worth it.

Damn, the things that happen when you're off at a business trip. At least the city has major funding to fix things once this blows over. ..Which it will, because honestly.

They do seem to bounce back pretty quickly around here. It could have been worse, though. Hmm. [a moment of serious] I wonder if anyone got killed.

If they're natives, I'm sure we'll get blamed one way or another, and I'll have to try to fix things. Not sure how well that'll go over seeing as how I look like half of the guys that terrorized the City, but I guess we'll just have to see.

Any idea where this all came from? I mean, did they get 'ported in like the rest of us, or is there a chance it is someone's fault?
