Either way, you've completely screwed yourself over here. I mean, not even getting into the fact that Atlantis doesn't exist here, and even if you built it, the only existing Atlanteans, merpeople, whatever definition you prefer to use, are the ones the porter brings in, bringing your total population down to under a dozen.

You might be able to cut an intimidating image, but threatening three different chains of international, global interest...
