[ He trails off, slumping down. The comm tumbles to the ground, the spikes on his arms coming into view. His arm shudders, then goes still. And the spikes slowly break apart into individual hairs.
The last thing seen before the comm shuts off is a little chihuahua nose poking the screen. ]
