[He stops and starts hollering at the sky]

[Someone passing him stops to give him a quizzical look and he turns on them]

[He looks back down into the communicator and half lands, half sits on a bench.]

[He lowers his head and runs his fingers through his hair, his body shaking. After a moment, what may have originally sounded like sobbing reveals itself to actually be snickering.]
