I have found the best views in the evening come from very high up, but...I am not sure one could reach them without flying there themselves.

I think...there are some buildings that do allow visitors up in the evenings, though. But if you are recovering from something, shouldn't you wait until you are completely healed?

S'a little cliche, but it's hard to beat the top of the Empire State building for the view. Chrysler is a close runner-up, though.

Sure would! And speaking of, I should warn you that they've both got the same names but are at different addresses -- welll, compared to where I come from, anyway. Not that they're exactly easy to miss.

you can get on all top of buildings for a good view, which is the obvious one

but ask me, you want a real good view, you need to get outside the city looking in

or just on the outside looking out, either or
