It, uh ... [A pause, with some clicky sounds -- things being looked up on the communicator.] ... Apparently it oxygenates the water and removes contaminants, supposedly giving you a better night's sleep, nicer-looking skin, so on and so forth.

You get a really big, ugly paperweight, in other words.
