[Look, it's a video!  Which... is kind of rare for this comm number.  Huh.  No dead bodies this time though, just an itty bitty girl.  Seriously, she is the tiniest.  She's also absolutely filthy, someone should probably get her off those kitchen counters she's sitting on

[Cass is staring into the communicator that she's been playing with with a strange expression. This girl looks kind of like her! She lets out a small, confused sound and begins to tap on the screen, as if that will maybe get her attention.]

[Miho turns at the sound and... Oh! Well, that is strange. She moves back to hunch over the comm. My, that girl looks a little like her! Only much cleaner. Is it some sort of television? Miho taps back on the screen. ]

[Her long lost twin can see her too? She leans back a bit when Miho begins to tap on the screen as well, tilting her head in a sort of 'Who are you?' gesture.]

[Yes, she can! And she's not terribly sure how to answer that question, frowning slightly. No one's ever asked that question before. She mimics the other girl's headtilt and question.]

[WOAH WHAT?! Miho spins on the counter, looking around for the voice. What the-? Nothing?]

The phone. The voice is coming from the phone.

[SO YOU SAY! Keeping a sharp eye on her surroundings, the little girl plucks up the device and holds it to her ear, like a phone, and waits. Charles now has a lovely view of her grimy cheek and ear.]

[Oh wow, lady, you have wings. The grubby child is just going to stare at that and ignore those squiggles that come after it. She's pretty sure you're an angel.]

[Okay, obviously this is not going to work. She pauses for a moment, wings fluttering, and then mimics like she's eating. How do I shot mute-to-mute communication.]

[ She understands that, angel! Perking up and bit and tipping her head inquisitively. Surely an angel would know where the best foods are. ]

[ "Full of food" might be a little of an overstatement, but the important thing is that there is food at all to begin with. Miho holds up a jar of relish. She's not entirely sure what it is, but she's going to try to eat it in a minute anyway. ]

[Mia looks into the video screen to see what the other girl is holding up. She scrunches her face up when she sees that it's relish. She actually looks at her sandwich and back at the relish. And then sticks out her tongue in disgust]

No way, that's gross, blech! Isn't there like crackers or pizza or somethin' in there?

[ Oh those sound like suspicious questions. WHO ARE YOU SUSPICIOUS, WOMAN?? Miho sideeyes the image a little warily. ]

[ Yeah hi how are you. She waves a little and goes back to trying to get the stupid lid off this jar of stupid pickels... Maybe if she breaks it. The jar goes flying across the room to smash against the wall. ]
