[Locked FROM Godzilla]
Godzilla is attacking the city. I do not think he does so out of viciousness, he is only acting within his nature. Unfortunately, his nature is to be a dirty great reptillian monster who is primarily concerned with territory, food, and being the biggest monster on the block.
We can try to talk to him - I have done so before - but I believe he is going to see attempts at contact as threats at the moment. No one here is like him and he does not trust us. Bribes with more of these meteorites would probably buy his attention and goodwill for a short time, but it seems he has grown significantly in power since I spoke to him some weeks ago, and throwing coal on the fire might not be the response we are looking for.
This is the sort of thing we need a Council for, but as we haven't gotten that together yet, let's throw this to the masses. Shall we appease the beast or do we subdue him?

Can you sense how much and how fast he is changing the environment around him?
ETA: I am told that Godzilla's native language is Japanese. Anyone who speaks Japanese please come forward.
