The English language is in dire need of a word for the feeling that you can't be bothered to do something as taxing as getting out of bed.

The lack of such a word makes communicating difficult some days.

It's not really as simple as that, though it known to affect one's mood. But more than that, it's a condition characterized by a severe lack of energy.

Of course, I'm not really in a position to diagnose you or anything.
