Looks that way! I didn't know there were worlds without Duel Monsters, to tell you the truth. All the ones I've been to had it in some way.

...Kind of? I'm still not really sure what the hell's going on, but I guess I'm gonna have to play it by ear, in that case.

Yeah, it seems like most other worlds actually don't! It's pretty weird. I mean, they have other games with cards, but not anything special.

[He does pick up on that 'he's been to other worlds before??' tidbit with a bit of a surprised blink, but really at this point that's not too shocking in the grand scheme of things. Tucking it away to ask about later, though.]

...That would be weird. How can you have card games without Duel Monsters? And I'm pretty sure, after the whole crazy Paradox thing I just had to deal with, that I really don't wanna find out what any world would be like without it.

Mmm... not sure! I'm kinda curious what this Porter thing expects anyone to do here, though. "Be a hero" is a pretty broad thing to say to someone. And I probably gotta get acquainted with the layout of the place if I'm gonna be sticking around, and grab a job I can hold onto for a couple months, at least... and see if I can find Pharaoh while I'm at it, too.
