In other times, I would welcome the chance to act as hero for this city [ a grin ] --who better than Hercules, lion of Olympus?--but I left behind a . . . small child entrusted to my care, and must return to him. [ pause, in which faint yelling may be heard in the background, and Hercules looks over his shoulder with a slightly chagrined expression ] The kind citizens of this city have been of no help to me. I would speak with the one behind this trickery. Perhaps a bargain can be made!
