It's not exactly offending him I was worried about, and I would think, at worst, this would be most likely to embarrass him more than anything else. But I do think this should be cause for concern, especially if this is the kind of thing he does by accident.

I think...I really need to find that dog.

A Welsh Corgi. It was left behind when he was exPorted in June, and no one living at the Avengers Mansion now was around at that time. It's honestly starting to look rather hopeless, but maybe I can find something at the animal shelters nearby.

Have you checked a Corgi rescue? Lots of times, the rescues take in dogs from animal control. They might have taken in Sentry's dog.

I hadn't thought of Corgi-specific shelters before. To be quite frank, I really know very little about the dog beyond it's breed and name, so if it wasn't found with its collar I might be searching rather blindly.

Is it microchipped? That's pretty standard, isn't it? If it is, the rescues might have it on file.
