Thanks. [He can manage a little smile for Bobbi.] The MAC got kinda old after a while.

[And a bit damaged but shhhhhh]

How'd you get such a swanky apartment?

[ridethetiger]

Grimmjow got it cleared up and fixed up a bit. It's above the club. [Shrugs.] More room than at the MAC, but it gets kind of cold here more easily. And it's too empty.

[mockingbirdie]

Must get noisy, being over the club and all.

You know what would make it more homey? Some candles.

[ridethetiger]

It's not so bad, since I'm down there when it's open. During the day, it's a bit quieter than the MAC.

Candles, huh? But which kind?

[mockingbirdie]

I suppose you nocturnal types appreciate it then.

Nice smelling ones. Like vanilla or cinnamon.

[ridethetiger]

All right, I like those kinds, too. I've even seen ones that don't use fire.

[mockingbirdie]

Oh yeah, those are great. And they're safer that way. You won't accidentally set your apartment on fire.

[ridethetiger]

Yeah, we definitely don't want that... [Trails off as he looks around the room, then back to the comm.]

Hey, what do you know about plants?

[mockingbirdie]

A little this and that. Botany isn't my specialty, but I know a thing or two.

[ridethetiger]

Oh... is it hard to make sure they don't die? I think I'd like some around here, but I don't know what to get or what they need besides water and light.

[mockingbirdie]

It's not too hard, really. You just gotta make sure you don't neglect it. There's some kinds that need very little care. Those might be good to start with.

[ridethetiger]

All right, I'll get those. Are flowers the same way?

[mockingbirdie]

Flowers usually take a little more time and effort than houseplants. I'd suggest sticking to a regular plant until springtime. Then when it's warm, I'll help you set up a little flower patch on your roof or something, with easy flowers, like pansies.

Okay, that makes sense. When will it be 'springtime'?
