Let's say you have a bloke and he's just about the vilest rotter ever. Molests kids, attacks the elderly, robs poor people with bugger all to their name...if it's cruel and immoral, this bastard's done it. As for you, you know everything he's done, an' the power to decide what happens to him is in your hands. Does he live or does he die? If he lives, do you put your faith in yer local justice system, or do you get a little more...creative?
