[Aaaayup, another accidental post, though there at the beginning it looks like Garrus was checking up on the mass terror shiz going on network-wise. There are no screams or freaking out or a dead Normandy II crew here; just Garrus, chilling out on a stoop, slummin' it hideout-wise. Just looking at the night sky, actually.
After five or ten minutes, what he's actually doing becomes obvious. A small group of kids wander up, and Garrus passes each one of them a candy bar. The braver ones come right up to him, though good 75% of the others hang back fifteen or so feet away, staring. For them he just tosses it to them and waves.
