Optimus Prime, welcome to the City. You, along with many others, have been brought here by a being we call the 'Porter to replace the local police force, which disappeared for reasons unknown. Unfortunately, her aim is not always true, and there are quite a few villains in the City as well.

If you're familiar with Earth cities, the City is essentially New York.

The Elite Guard...I'm not familiar with that organization. Most of the Autobots where I came from are scientists, myself included.

I believe it (it being the Elite Guard) is specific to my particular universe actually, though I have not been able to compile a list of all the different universes the Cybertronians in the City hail from. I believe Starscream or one of the other Decepticons may have done so, however. No telling how accurate it is, but it's more than what we have if it exists.

Staying with my fellow Autobots would certainly be ideal, but I'll leave that decision to Sentinel Prime. If need be, there seem to be free lodgings here provided by the Porter.

It was the previous Optimus Prime who acquired the location, so I don't see why Sentinel would disapprove. Vector Prime lives here also.
