[Starscream is sitting cross-legged on a roof... somewhere. He's dressed in red, white, and blue... ... which is pretty usual for him. Actually is he ever not dressed that way? Hmm. ]

[He he also has what looks like the derpiest 4th of July toys ever. Some little... weird... fiber optic glowy stick thing. And a little noisemaker. not a vuvuzela even I think it's funny the joke is probably old now]

[How the heck did he get to DC so fast? And where IS he sitting? ]
So, I'm not an American, and in the past I've had some... er... science-related memetic disorder issues.
But I must say. You Americans do know how to throw a party. And I approve of your colors.
