[When the video starts, there's a boy that appears to just be walking around the City with a confused look on his face. He's speaking somewhat slowly, in heavily accented English. He also looks kinda... messy.]
Ah-- I'm sorry that I look so messy, everyone, if you can see this. Um... I sort of had some problems with some ash in the gutters, and there was this bird... I did my best to clean up, but I don't think that I did a very good job. If anyone is able to hear or see me, could you possibly show me a place where I could clean myself off a little better...? I'm sorry if I'm bothering everyone by asking this. I am new to this place, so I don't really know much about where everything is, just yet. It would be helpful if anyone would be able to let me know.
[A pause!]
Um-- this may seem a bit random, but does anyone know what year it is...? I haven't seen anything that would let me know what the date is, just ye--!
[He starts to say something, but it's cut off and replaced with a loud WAAAAAAAH as the device falls to the cement with a clatter. His bad luck has struck again, and... he's nowhere to be found, although an open manhole can be seen.]
