[The video shows a man in a pancho and a sombrero, because it's Cinco De Mayo and the Joker is racially insensitive like that, standing in line at the police station. His face and arms are concealed until he steps out of line and pulls the sombrero off, revealing the Joker, who looks rather angry at having to wait so long.]
