...I will try to explain it in understandable terms. When a Minicon like Safeguard forms a partnership with another - a 'Bulk', as myself - they offer their full power to that Bulk by way of loyalty and programming. Ah...blast, I know not other words to phrase that. Regardless - there is a link established between the two that is not so easily broken.

Here, Safeguard and I can...feel eachother, through that bond. We sense how the other is feeling, their status, their position. Right now, I cannot sense any but the last, and the last is claiming that he is scattered about the city, multiple places at once.

Apparently this world has rules forbidding criminals from being injured. [So offhandedly, that's his "be careful" routine done.]
