The giant Dazzler poster has been replaced with a beef cake-y poster of one Tony Stark. Kitty is just a little bit intoxicated and Kurt was the designated BAMF-er of the night.]
I feel that, without giving away too much of the future, I should impart some words of wisdom on my younger self. Maybe some teenagers in the City will also learn from my many traumatic life experiences.
1) Going through a leather phase. You might think: Hey, I want to be a rebel and wear a leather corset and work at a bar. In retrospect, not the best idea. Also, don't ever accidentally lead on your lesbian friend because things get messy. In a bad way.
2) Embarrassing yourself happens. A lot. Like phasing through the floor of the living room naked with students hanging around because you just had really great--

-- pie. [Kitty whispers to the camera.] Don't worry-- it was completely worth it.
3) And finally, you have the best friends in the world. You should really appreciate them even when it seems like they're bossing you around because you're the youngest. They have good intentions, really. Even Scott, who you might think just loves to boss people around. I mean, he does don't get me wrong, but there's usually good intentions hiding somewhere.
Oh and also, Emma's not so bad. Kind of.
By the way, note to self: Write Magneto a thank you card because he's going to save your butt from a bullet in space.
