[The video shows Johan at first, and he's somewhat disturbed. Even with that he's experienced, this is a little odd. Then he works on getting control of himself. When he speaks, it's in English.]
I checked around and it seems that these spinning wheels have been cropping up in a lot of places. I think I missed on just how you're supposed to wake whoever gets affected by one, though. Can anyone lend a hand? This guy I just met, Ryan Evans, got pricked by one.
[He angles the communicator down so Ryan can be seen. Johan has moved him into the most comfortable position possible at the moment. He moves the communicator so he's looking into it again.]
I'm not sure if there is anything I can do or if I should take him to a hospital or what. Any help?
