In a city full of heroes with power, I think it's only logical that we take advantage of this and examine each and every person here. Think of all the things we can learn. Welcome to the City, Dr. Storm! I'm guessing someone's already explained everything about this place to you. I wish I could help you, but I had my powers even before the Porter, and I know their source, so I'm not sure how much use I'd be at all!

I'm sorry that I can't help you out any more, especially in regards to your science. I mean, there's not really any difference between my powers back home and my powers here, so I'm not sure I'd be such a good test subject. But if you could find out more about the Porter and how it gives people powers, then maybe we'd all be a step closer to going back home.
