We'd have to provision them pretty well. If they die out there, they'd probably end up back here, right? That's the problem I keep running into.

Well, yeah. There isn't much we can do about that unless we can stop the whole resurrection process. Back home, Skywatch used to keep their bad guys in cryogenic suspension, but I figure if we had that capability, we'd be using it already.

They get brought back. Don't know how, but they do, and it's at random, so chances are they'd be able to get free when they did.

Why wouldn't killing them work? Do it enough, they forget they're "bad guys" and the problem's solved. Certainly, we'd have to spend money on special helmets, soft, padded rooms and dribble cups for them, but what the hell.
