[The tone is serious, and somewhat distraught. There are sounds of traffic in the background.]

Maybe this was a bad idea. But I'd like to know.

There are some people who are completely nuts. I get that. But there are others that are different.

Why do they continue to kill?

It depends on the motivations.

Yes. On why.

Do they kill for power? For money? For revenge? For necessity?

Killing is avoidable in almost all situations. Why should anyone kill at all in the first place? And once they've got what they wanted, why should they continue?

How about revenge, then?

Revenge. Justice. Many reasons.

There is not much justice in killing. Whatever the reason.

You are naive, and foolish.

Maybe so, but I'm not wrong.

I am not certain myself. Perhaps due to rage, greed, or fear -- but it is something I do not understand either.

After all this time, you still haven't figured it out?

Even after all that death and destruction, you can still start fresh and do good for a change.

A glorified corpse doesn't change his colors.

There is no future for the dead.

Corpses do change colors after death. Or did you not notice that this weekend?

But you're not dead. You do have a future.

Oh boy. It's time for random philosophical questions out of nowhere, again.

Everything cool, man? Seen too much carnage from the zombies or something?

The zombies are part of it, I admit.

It's creepy, isn't it? Not that they came back, I mean...the porter. It or whoever controls it killed all those cops. And then brought us in to "replace" them. It's almost too much for one guy to consider.

I don't like the idea of being toyed with by that machine.
