If there's anyone on the police force I could speak to -- soon, as in this week, if possible -- there are a couple of matters I would like to discuss. Now, I am quite a fan of law enforcement, as I'm sure you all know from my contributions towards this city's police force and station, but at the same time I'm a believer in second chances.
There are a couple of prisoners I would like to give that opportunity; the chance for community service, to put it in simpler terms. I have been paying one frequent visits and can say I'm quite confident in his will to reform, and I think both of them would benefit from the experience of community oriented heroics.*
