I've been told that it just might be a good idea to see about working with the Police Force than against them on more than one occasion, so here I am. And if you're the Chief of Police, I think you and I just might get along. To tell you the truth I didn't expect much except a lot of bullshit, but I can approve of what I see already.

Here's the deal - it sounds like you're used to just killing perps, but we've got different rules. Our best bet is to try and keep these fuckers locked down, and that means actually getting crime scene evidence so they don't weasel out of shit. Can you handle that much procedure?
