[It's fairly late in the evening here, if the darkening sky is any indication. Stone monoliths and the vague outline of a slate-tiled building frame the image, along with a tangled yew tree just barely on-screen ... wait, is this a graveyard? Yesss it is. And there is a young boy leaning comfortably against a gravestone. He's dirty and a bit unkept, in that "I haven't had a bath for a while" sort of way.]
There goes that lead. For anyone else who cares: the City's sewer system doesn't connect to the Labyrinth at any point. Or to the Underworld directly, for that matter.
[He pauses. Looks unsure of himself, like he isn't sure whether to relax or tense up again.]
My name's Nico. I'm really tired of pretending to be a normal kid, so I'm not going to try this time around. If you've got a thing against death gods or not-quite-humans, then fine. Whatever.
... if anyone knows why death is screwed up here, other than the fact that it's the City or the 'porter, then I'm interested in hearing it.
