I know that there's been a few brave people venturing into the tunnels created by the worms, but for the safety of all of the citizens of the City, we ask that no one enter the tunnels without authorization.
A team is being put together to explore and investigate. Should you have any expertise in tunnels, please contact the either myself or Chief McClane.

We're too stretched, so I'm going to have to compose the investigation team of these tunnels primarily of civilians. However, I do want at least one badge down there to make sure things are safe. We also need to guard the entrance so the curious don't fall in.
