It is part of the United States, I do not believe that their government has much to do with it though. You may return if you are ported home but there is no way by choice to go back, I tried.

I have tried to teleport myself out many times, it doesn't work. The porter works by technology not magic. This must be your first trip to another dimension.

Earth is a planet, very much like the one you have found yourself on right now, on Earth there are countries which are large pieces of land with many cities on them. Each country has it's own form of government, you can look that up at the library for more information. The United States is one of those countries, this city is in the United States. So did you follow? Earth-United States-this city.

It is a title that comes with being the ruler of Limbo. There are many mutants here, in my world mutants are people who poses a different gene. That gene gives them superhuman abilities.
