Think of an X-Men enemy who's supposed to be dead. Anyone of them. Cameron Hodge, Bastion, Leper Queen, William Striker, hell even the Demon Bear.

Add all those plus Purifiers, the Black Queen, Stryfe and Apocalypse and imagine how big of a god damn disaster we were dealing with. There were a little more important things to worry about at the time than me getting my wings chewed off by one pissed off werewolf.
