Ok basically the police force of this city disapeered and this Iron Man guy built this machine to summon heroes from multiple earths. Thing is this machine's not doing a very good job. It's bringing in civilians like me and worse yet some of the other people who arrived are really, really bad.

So dangerous that pretty much everyone under the age of 20 has left the main apartment complex after a super powered alien serial killer arrived. Half of us are with a guy named Green Arrow. The other half are with this psychic named Sabrina.
