On of the best things in the world happens to be fermented food. In this case sauer kraut and kimchi. The sauerkraut happens to come from Poland, while the kimchi is the medium type of a swedish brand. Except for medium kimchi they have beets, cucumbers, carrots, their own sauerkraut (which I consider overshadows this polish variety since it is less salty), spicy kimchi and some other ones I'ven't been able to check out yet. Yum!
