Mmmm, dumplings

Been thinking about making dumplings, though the pitepalt since it uses potatoes and barley flour instead of wheat flour.

It would be really interesting to fill it with tempeh, onion and carrots. The latter being shredded of course.

Would all this go well with lingonberry jam? Perhaps!
