Caps and iTunes

I was wondering if anyone knows how or if it's possible to take caps for a show downloaded from iTunes. That is other than the tedious method of using a graphics program. Thanks:)

I've actually found iTunes to be one of the easiest ways to cap.

If you play the video on the larger screen, and print screen, the caps are really good quality.

Granted it is a little tedious, then again, isn't most capping?

Yeah.. the print screen way is good. I tryed to press print sceen on other programs but it never works because I save the pics, but they never stay 'caps' because they do what the player is showing at the time (if that makes sense). Have you found this?

Just a note for anyone who has Apples - Press Shift + Apple + 4 and a little crosshair comes up, allowing you to select whatever you want to Screen Shot.
