Ghost Steve (but not really) hanging out in library in New York
Hi, have searched high and low but can’t find this story. Basically Steve believes he is a ghost and is in some sort of limbo which in New York Library, Tony can see him and (I think) visits him in the library. Am pretty sure Steve has also been visiting Bucky and when Tony is kidnapped by the ten rings Steve sends Bucky after him.
