(no subject)
I was gearing up to write a big religion piece, but then lost all motivation. So here's whats going on with me.
1. Driving hours are terrible, but everyone already knows thats. Right now i'm just trying to plan them so I can
get out of going to mass on sunday, because... well i'll discuss that another time.
2. Visisted my ear doctor two weeks ago and he did a little something-something with his big tools on my ears.
Hearing test showed that my left ear (2 operations) is normal, but my right ear is about 2 decibels away from
needing a hearing aid. So i'm having another operation, similar to the last 2, on my right ear. Febuary 16th,
and i have to miss 3 days of school. Awesome. I don't even want to read the risks papers, those can be very
depressing.
3. There is nothing good about christmas besides the vacation. It's this stupid idea of giving gifts to absolutly
everyone, paying tons of money only to get 80% worth of it back (20% went to the government, thanks taxes) in things
that you usually don't even want. Christmas should be about buying 3 or 4 gifts for the 4 most special people, and
no one else. Santa is still all good though, he's a big bump for the economy.
4. Robotics competitions; going to NYC as usual, which is cool, and also to Nationals in Atlanta, Georgia (4/21-4/23)
the fucking week of vacation. Bad planning USFirst.
5. The new U2 album is definetly worth checking out or buying. Its got a lot of killer songs, especially for U2 fans.
6. Catcher in the Rye isn't bad, but having to take notes on it blows. It really ruins the book, thanks to Generoso
and her unfair tests.
7. I've been approved to drop spanish after this term, which kicks ass. I'm not sure if i'll go through with it though...
