I just wrote the story of my life ,It was the movie big fish,, I am that fish . I started in tv and radio when I was so young . I wont even mentioned it. . Was married to the wrong guy for 32 years., but that is another, book. At any rate gave up fame , fortune to leave , an appearence on the joe
Franklin show , Down memory lane, to go to hawii, My ex, being military and live for 7 years.. then on to the philippines, ,for 5 years more , I 'll never forget the look on the bouncers face. with that heavy nyc accent that I love.. what! you sing and leave..ha! I looked over and saw the children one fast asleep . on a palet with a pillow. Tell Mr. Dangerfield, I see him in 20 years or so , He is gone now up to heaven , and Joe i saw him last year. , he looks great , he has givien so many greats in show business breaks... he never says a word.. actresses , comedians , they always say I , self -immersed, in self. I have acted and had my firt talk show when I was very young.. eloped and actually three beautiful children before I was 18, After 2 weeks in Hawaii ,I was expecting my 4th. the baby.. he is now a former marine officer and leaving in cali..and two children.. the oldest son, well he is the most intellegent person I have ever known.he graduated ivy league and now well he is head of a very large company. creative genius. was standing at the baby bed, and I can remember at 5 months. I was a La leche mother.. nursed all my babies , except the first and she could not drink milk. only a special goats formula,, she was born with a heart condition.. mothers nurse and sing your babies to sleep .
so I started In tv as a talk show host , then a song that is pretty famous took me to nashvile and nyc. i stopped just did not want it bad enough .. married military went to Hawaii and modeled for Foxylady fasihions, I hated runway. I was just not commited to getting out of my mumus or jeans. and aloha shirt.. or swimsuit... I just wanted to enjoy the children.. I was determined to get an education even though I was a teen mom. or at least after the three . an old 23.. Ha! it sounds funny to me when I write it.. I a super freak in my apporach to getting something so I went to all teen moms attending University of hawaii, walk in with 10 or 11 mothers and demanded that we be given a room to keep our children. with lunch so the mom could trade off and we would take turnes watching the kids.. amazing! nerve.It paid off .
we eanted an education, we were young mothers.. we deserved just like singles.. what a play on words. The dean gave us a room at another campus and every one.(faculty) gave toys.. Ha! we could bring our children to college.. Mahalo! thanks when your in the Islands. so communications is all I could do and cook ,I loved it, bread everything the whole chalupa as we say in calii. I was leaving after 7 years in Hawaii, and on to the phillippines. started a small rattan factory making ,,( get ready) rattan fish aquariums..sold them to servicemen ,families and wealthy locals.. .did some publishing ,greeting cards.. Still have the copywrite soft n sassy. . which later became soft in sassy chocolates.. ha! life is not a trip ,It is a full vacation, I would wake up a 5:00 am run .. come home stretch. ,shower, have breafast ready for the children, then fly off in a Lime Green toyota.. Lime! ya, I know. we , took out a loan because if I dont give up my husband then . would say yes...the plan.. well it was a dinner from heaven,>My dinners werre an event ,, 4 courses flowers..6,500 dollars. .My ex-husband said now it was a great idea, but at the time on his salary it was tough. they loved the school ..the nuns full habit ,no 60s chicks there. no vatican 2 lefovers... it was great .. then off to every lesson on the planet.. guitar,piano for the girls ballet,soccer,tennis, swimming,, art, have I left out anything? hmm! surfing ,snorkling , sailing! any questions, Well most people (parents ) and they were older than me thought . this mother is on speed. drugs, 12 cups of coffee.. no! just high on life , I was in my element, talk, drive, put on makeup, ,multi -task super-mom. My dad . who yes I called daddy , the baby has tremendous energy.. No riddilin for me..I could go al day and into the night.. I am proud to say I was the only child expelled from pre-school. Honest! I dont use my initials caos for nothing.. I lined the children up told them to get in line and they did . I was this sweet drill sgt. I slapped everyone of them.. My dad ask why did you do it and ,I said well that what I heard that teachers do. I wanted to warn them! crazy .Huh? he laughed ,well baby lets get a pictrure of your first hour at school and your last... It was the dramatic in me.. I live on drama.. i Breathe it like an ocean breeze.. Well where was I ,?I was a mother, the fish who could get away at playing a growup... I gave dinner parties that people talked about for years.. I wanted people to always know my worst side first ,, I talk to much. I have times I wont answert the phone .. The children would answer and tell them you cant bother my mother ,she is having her quiet time.... eccentric..! cathrine(caos is eccentric.. . contempletive.. actually I would pray for ammo .. fuel to regroup. and give the children evey ounce and my former husband. be back later .where did the stigma of the tee mom com from? music and love can change the world! sincerely caos
