The Latest: Surgery
Ok, so here is the deal. On Thursday, 21 June, I'll be in surgery at Overlake Hospital . They are correcting 2 herniated discs and a bone spur. I will not be walking for a little while. I expect to be there at least overnight. Beyond that, I don't know. I will then be at my mother's in Bellevue for a few days until I can climb stairs unaided, and I will return home to University Place.
Expressions of love, comfort, support are gladly appreciated. I'm a bit nervous about the whole thing. A little more than a bit. It is really painful (I remember) and I know I can do it again, but I'm just a little...well...scared.
