(no subject)
okay, so. update. this isn't really all that exciting.
1.saw styx and foreigner last night. it was pretty hilarious. i found out today we could have gotten free tickets to the show, kind of a bummer. it wasn't that much anyway. styx was good, foreigner i could care less for. we felt like we were watching spinal tap pretty much the whole time. like i said, hilarious. it was a good time.
2.we're putting one of my kitties down tomorrow. :( she's laying on the bed next to me right now, and when i look at her i get sad. i HATE putting down animals. i mean, they don't even know what's coming to them, ya know? it's not like you can tell them they're gonna die. she's just sitting there, sleeping and all peaceful (but probably in pain), and doesn't realize this is the last time she'll be sleeping on my bed. i've always been told animals don't have souls, so when they die they're dead and that's it, but i really do hope animals go to heaven. or at least pets. that really sucks if this is all they get. in fact it's incredibly depressing. i don't understand how atheists live their lives.
3.second sad thing: tomorrow me, melody, and leo are hanging out. melody leaves for washington (the state, not capital) on thursday, i won't be seeing her for a very long time after tomorrow. :(
4.amy and i are starting our very own blog. the amy and rachael experience. stay tuned and get prepared, i think i'm going to be promoting this thing like crazy.
