Fear and faith
meaningful QT i had today from Matthew 14:22-36.
many times, we swing from fear to faith and vice versa, just like what Peter went through. We find deep assurances in prayer only for it to be dashed when circumstances come our way that causes us to falter. BUT God understands this and urges us to focus our sight on Him. Its reassuring to know that when He says "O You of little faith" v31, its not one of condemnation but one that reminds us of His presence and encourages us to greater trust.
Thank you Jesus for your love to me

I lift my voice to praise your name
Praise you again and again
You are my everything
You are my Lord
